This can be brought from decent book shops in India, namely amritsar. Sri Dasam Granth – 2 volumes by Piara Singh Sandhu – personally 2 expensive for what it is and does not contain the avtar katha.

I haven’t had Darshan of Maharaj, but when you start Sikhi, doing Simran, Paath, listening to Kirtan and feeling the Anand Waheguru ji gurgani, the answers that you are seeking for will be answered automatically since you will be at a higher spiritual level.
